Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to grant further extension of three months time to the petitioner herein to deposit the conditional amount of his share amount of a sum of Rs.15,00,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only) as per the order dt.23.08.2018 passed in the above Crl.O.P.No.18137 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.DIWAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.This application is filed to grant extension of time to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P No.18137 of 2018 dated 23.08.2018.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: " the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees one thousand only) towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai and further period of six weeks time is granted to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
