Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to dispose the representations; (i)SS/16/04613 Dt. 13.06.2016 (through online); (ii)SP/16/16021 Dt.19.12.2016 (through online) and (iii)the detailed representation sent by registered post on 25.09.2018. The writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representations sent through online dated 13.06.2016 and 19.12.2016 and also by registered post on 25.09.2018 seeking joint patta.
2. It is pointed out that in this regard, already on 17.04.2017, the District Collector has directed the Tahsildarfourth respondent to conduct an enquiry and send a report. It is stated that there is no action taken till now. Hence, the writ petition is filed.

3. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representations, directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 13.06.2016, 19.12.2016 and 25.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
