O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.213 of 2018, pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

There was a Landlord-Tenant dispute between the parties, which resulted in each of the party file a criminal complaint against each other and which was registered in Crime No.213 of 2018 and Crime No.214 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2018. It is now represented that the 2nd respondent has already vacated the premises and there is no requirement to prosecute further with the complaints. The 2nd respondent is also present before this Court and she has stated that she is no more interested in prosecuting the case.

In view of the above, the F.I.R's in Crime No.213 of 2018 and Crime No.214 of 2018 are hereby quashed and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
