This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.270 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.68 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
