This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of RCA.No.15 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram. RCOP.No.15 of 2017 has been filed against the fair and decreetal order in RCOP.No.11 of 2015. The said RCOP has been preferred by the civil revision petitioner for own use and occupation. Having obtained a decree in the year 2017, the petitioner would obviously anxious to occupy the premises and has filed the revision for expeditious disposal. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

2.Heard Ms.Rizwana, learned counsel for Mr.N.A.Nissar Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears for the respondent. 3.Considering the fact that it is an application under Section 10(3)(a)(iii) and the landlord has succeeded and obtaining a decree in his favour, a direction shall issue to the Rent Control Appellate Authority namely, the Sub Court, Tambaram to take up RCA.No.15 of 2017 and dispose of the same within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Court need not wait for certified copy of the order, it is requested to act on the production of the web copy of the order itself.
