By an order dated 03.12.2020, the petitioner was directed to pay cost of Rs.5,000/- to the counsel for the respondent appearing in this Court on or before 21.12.2020. The counsel for the petitioner filed an affidavit evidencing payment of the cost of Rs.5,000/-. The same is recorded and the civil revision petition will stand allowed.

2.
