Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the entire records, relating to the petitioner's husband's brother's detention under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order, dated 22.09.2018 on the file of the second respondent herein made in proceedings No.870/BCDFGISSSV/2018, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce her husband's brother namely Santhosh Kumar, Son of Shankar, aged 25 years before this Hon'ble High Court and set her husband's brother at liberty from detention, now my husband's brother detained at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai - 600 066.
