Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to issue an order of direction for speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.10 of 2015 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Harur, Dharmapuri District within the stipulated time.

O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present civil revision petition is to issue an order of direction to the trial Court for speedy disposal of the suit within the stipulated time.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the suit has been posted for trial on 20.11.2017.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Harur, Dharmapuri District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.10 of 2015 within a period six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
