This application has been filed to appoint a receiver to administer the property of the second respondnet morefully described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons pending initiation and disposal of the Arbitration proceeding and enforcement of the award.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that award has already been passed.

3. In such a view of the matter, the applicant can work out his remedy before the Execution proceedings.
