This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to restore the aforesaid writ petition on file by recalling the order dated 03.07.2018, vide which, this Court dismissed the aforesaid writ petition for non-prosecution. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents, who has no objection in allowing this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the order dated 03.07.2018 passed by this Court in WP.No.11191 of 2010 is recalled and as a sequel, the writ petition stands restored on file.
