The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the second respondent to consider his representation dated 25.09.2018 for furnishing details about laying road in his land. 2.According to the petitioner, the respondents are trying to lay the road in the petitioner's land without resorting to any acquisition proceedings.

3.After notice, when the matter is taken up for further hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, based on instructions, submitted that already the petitioner's application was disposed of by communicating through his counsel that his land at Survey No.322/12, Plot No.106 is not the subject matter of acquisition. Therefore, he submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no such order was communicated to the petitioner so far. If that be the case, the third respondent shall issue one more communication to the petitioner straight away intimating the actual state of affairs.

5. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
