The present writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from destroying the irrigation canal starting from the well in Survey No.122/3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the proposal was to construct a building by highways department and already construction work is completed at an alternate site. The learned counsel further submitted that the apprehension raised by the petitioner no more survives.

3. The specific stand taken by the respondents and submissions made by the learned Government Advocate is hereby recorded and this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
