(Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent from in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

anyway interfering with the petitioner's building in Hall No.13, 4th Floor, D-Block, Jains West Minster, Arunachalam Road, Saligramam, Chennai, particularly, by way of locking, sealing and demolition of the notice dated 12.10.2018.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she is a tenant under the 2nd respondent and that the 1st respondent issued a Locking & Sealing and Demolition Notice dated 12.10.2018. Challenging the said notice, the petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition.

3. When the petitioner has got remedy by way of an appeal under section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, to challenge the Locking & Sealing and Demolition notice, dated 12.10.2018, the present Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution cannot be entertained. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the impugned notice as per the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
