PRAYER: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the order dated 25.10.2018 having Ref.No.2279/CCB/COP-V/2018 of the 2nd respondent and direct the 1st Respondent to instruct the 2nd Respondent to register the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 10.05.2018 against the 3rd respondent for the offence of cheating and criminal breach of trust.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the closure of the complaint made by the 2nd respondent by his closure report, dated 25.10.2018.
2. The learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the complaint was given by the petitioner to the Commissioner of Police and the same was closed after enquiry by the 2nd respondent and the same is illegal and requires interference by this Court. The complaint has now been closed after preliminary enquiry. Therefore, the petitioner has to work out her remedy by filing an appropriate petition under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C., before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, seeking for appropriate directions. The petitioner has to follow the guidelines given in the judgment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
rendered by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13681 of 2018.
3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner indicated above.
