[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner seeks a direction to respondents to produce petitioner's wife viz., Kavitha, aged about 26 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitoner and Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. Petitioner/ husband of the detenue is present. The detenue is also produced before this Court. She informs much against the petitioner and hence she is staying in her home. Though her children are in the custody of petitioner, detenue informs that she will move for divorce and also seek custody of her children before the appropriate forum. The said position is informed to the petitioner.
