PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent herein forthwith to register my complaint dated 03.11.2018 lodged against M/s.Gnanavel Raja (the producer) and Muthiah (the Director) and complete the investigation within a week time or before obtaining the censor certificate.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein forthwith to register the complaint dated 03.11.2018 lodged against M/s.Gnanavel Raja (the producer) and Muthiah (the Director) and complete the investigation within a week time or before obtaining the censor certificate.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, wherein liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
