PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the order of the first respondent dated 06.11.2018 against the detenu namely Nk.J.Prakash, Son of Jesuraj, aged about 34 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the detenu before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith, till his Appeal OA.No.175/2018 pending before the Hon'ble AFT Chennai is finally decided.
