PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal orders passed in I.A.Nos.926 of 2014 and 445 of 2018 in A.S.No.57 of 2010 dated 18.06.2018 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruvallur, Poonamallee. For Petitioner : Mr.M.L.Ramesh C O M M O N O R D E R The applications filed by the petitioner herein in I.A.Nos.926 of 2014 and 445 of 2018 under Order 41 Rule 27 of CPC have been filed in the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.57 of 2010.

2. It is seen that the appeal itself has now been dismissed on 18.06.2018, as against which, the petitioner claims to have filed a Second

Appeal in S.A.No.681 of 2018. As such, the present revision petitions against an order of interim injunction filed in the Appeal Suit which has already been dismissed, cannot be maintained.
