Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed in with conditions that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly twice every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am and 5.00 pm until further orders in Crl.M.P.NO.13600 of 2018 dt 11.10.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.ZAINUL ABIDEEN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.PRABHAVATHI ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13600 of 2018, dated 11.10.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
