Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records in relation to the order of Detention passed by the 2nd respondent dated 05.10.2018 in B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V. No.78/2018 against the Detenue Perumal @ Bullet Perumal, Male, aged about 31 years, son of Sundaram, who is confined at Central Prison, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] It is represented that the impugned order of detention has been revoked by the Advisory Board and the 1st respondent has also passed an order vide G.O.Rt.No.5280, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XI) Department, dated 03.12.2018.
