2. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the alleged detenu has been done to death and a case in Crime No.673/2018 as "Man Missing" on the file of third respondent presently stands altered to one u/s 302 IPC, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
