This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No. 12 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Hosur and quash the same. 2.The facts of this case is squarely covered by the judgment of the Hon'ble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1356 of 2018 and etc batch cases dated 20.09.2018, reported in 2018 2 Law Weekly 606. 3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the proceedings in S.T.C.No.12 of 2013, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Hosur, is hereby quashed and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are also closed.
