Radha v. Kalai Arasi

These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to declare the petitioners 2 and 3 herein as major and discharge the 1st petitioner herein i.e., Radha from guardianship.

2.According to the petitioners 2 and 3, their date of births are 24.01.1997 and 08.09.1999 and they have attained majority and they are aged now 21 and 19 years respectively. To prove the same, they have enclosed their SSLC mark statement.

3.In view of the same, both the petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and list the appeal for hearing after two weeks.
