Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the proceedings made in the impugned orders passed by the 1st respondent herein vide the Deputy Superintendent of police (DSP) Muthupet made in (i) R.C.No.275/DSP/Order/2018 dated 07.11.2018 and (ii) NAKA 276/DSP/Order/2018 dated 12.11.2018 and quash both the aforementioned impugned orders and also consequently direct the 3rd respondent and the 1st respondent herein to grant permission to conduct the Demonstration/ One day Fast against the District Administration on 22.11.2018 or on any other date as decided by this Court in front of Muthupet Taluk Office or in any other place as earmarked by this court within the vicinity of Muthupet Town. O R D E R In view of the communication issued dated 28.02.2019 by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tiruppur, to the Special Government Pleader of High Court, Madras, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
