Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23756 of 2018 order dated 08.10.2018. 2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P No.23756 of 2018, dated 08.10.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed.
