Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint a Sole Arbitrator, or consequent upon the registration of the already appointed Sole Arbitrator from the Arbitral proceedings in terms of his letter dated 29.10.2018, to resolve the disputes arising out of Contract Nos.1 and 2 raised between the parties or otherwise in the Arbitration proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ This application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:

Mr.P.H.Arvindh Pandian, learned Additional Advocate General (II) assisted by Mr.M.Sricharan Rangarajan, learned Special Government Pleader (CS) appearing for the respondents submits that as requested by them the Sole Arbitrator Hon'ble Mr.Justice K.Venkataraman (Retd.) has consented to continue with the arbitral proceedings.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant also submits that since the time schedule has been finalised and arbitration proceedings have commenced, this application is not necessary and he has no claim to adjudicate further. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. Recording the same, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
