Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner has to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in the anticipatory bail order granted to the petitioner on 01.10.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.22472 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THAMARAISELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heared both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.NO.22472 of 2018, dated 01/10/2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
