(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid Mode".) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 07.08.2018 in I.A.No.10 of 2017 in I.A.No.5 of 2016 in R.C.A.No.NIL of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Dharmapuri, praying for stay of R.E.P.No.11 of 2015 pending I.A.No.5 of 2016. 2.In view of the earlier order passed by this Court in C.R.P.(NPD).No.1894 of 2016 directing the learned Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri to dispose of I.A.No.5 of 2016, the petitioner is not pressing the present Civil Revision Petition and learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent also submitted that till disposal of I.A.No.5 of 2016, the 1st respondent in the present Civil Revision Petition will not proceed the R.E.P.No.11 of 2015 further.
3.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel 2/4
appearing for the petitioner and also the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent that the 1st respondent will not proceed with R.E.P.No.11 of 2015 further, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
