The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the second appeal in S.A.No.419/2018 which is pending before the first respondent within stipulated time and consequently direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against third respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the Second Appeal in S.A.No.419 of 2018 has already been disposed of, on 22.11.2018 by the first respondent.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.
