In W.P.No.30489 of 2018 For R1 : Service awaited For R2 : Mrs.C. Meera Arumugam Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent bank to sanction and disburse the Educational loan to petitioner's daughter for four academic years, viz., 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2021-2022 as per the fees structure of the Institution as regards the petitioner's B.Sc. Degree course in Goldfinch College of Nursing, Sy.No.63, Kadamba Layout, Malathahalli, Bangalore-560 056 expeditiously.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing i.e., 22.12.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, Mrs.C.Meera Arumugam, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that by this time, both the petitioners' daughters have completed 3 year Nursing course and one year is pending. That is the reason why, today the petitioners are not showing any interest to prosecute the case.
3.Further, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioners' daughters have managed their educational expenses through her family for 3 years and in fact, only 6 months is left to complete the course. Therefore, the petitioners may not require any Educational Loan from the Bank. Probably, this maybe the reason today, the petitioners have not appeared before this Court.
4.Hence, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS VII) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar jd/sp
