Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed modify the effects of petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.14251 of 2018 in Crl.OP.NO.20207 of 2018 dated 29.10.2018 until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.C.PAUL KANAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P No.20207 of 2018, dated 29.10.2018.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
