(CRL.M.P.NO.15316/2018) (i) To Dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners in all hearing dates in in D.V.C.No.

1 of 2018 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor, Nilgiris and pending disposal of the Crl.O.P.No.26612/2018. (CRL.M.P.NO.15317/2018) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PARTHASARATHY, Advocate for the petitioners the court made the following order:- There shall be an order of interim stay of all further proceedings in D.V.C.No.1 of 2018 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor, insofar as this petitioner is concerned on the condition that the husband of the respondent, who has been arrayed as first respondent viz., Mr.Farululla in D.V.C.No.1 of 2018 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor, shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- as maintenance to the respondent starting from December 2018.

The maintenance amount shall be paid on or before 5th of every English Calender Month. If there is any default in payment of the maintenance amount, the stay granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically, without any reference to this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

2. The presence of the petitioners shall be dispensed with, pending disposal of this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Post the matter after six weeks.
