ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 28.08.2018.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 28.08.2018 with regard to payment of retirement benefits and other monitory benefits due to him. However, the said representation was not considered by the second respondent, till date. Hence, this writ petition.

4.Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents fairly submitted that the 2nd respondent be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
