Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in relation to his proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.07708/D1/2018, dated 20.06.2018, quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned, and consequently, issue a direction to the respondents not to impose a total ban on transfer from District to District on request in the counselling for effecting transfers and issued a direction to respondent to consider the case of petitioner for a transfer from Nagapattinam District to Kanyakumari District and post her at Kanyakumari District as secondary grade teacher in the existing vacancies in Government Primary and Middle Schools.
