This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records of the 3rd respondent impugned order No.E2/826/2011/E dated 10.03.2017 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant Superintendent with effect from 2011 and other consequential promotion with all attendant benefits.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed another Writ Petition in W.P.No.34940 of 2025, seeking the same relief as in the present Writ Petition.

2. In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to grant liberty to the petitioner to pursue the newly filed Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to prosecute W.P.No.34940 of 2025. No costs.
