This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to call for the records directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the appointment of 4th respondent and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to forbearing the 4th respondent for functioning as guest lecturer post in Tamil Department in the 3rd respondent college and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint the petitioner in the guest lecturer post in the Tamil Department as per the qualification, experience and follow the guidelines issued by 1st respondent and pass such further or other orders.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and this Court has granted permission to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.
