When this writ petition was taken up, the learned Special Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has submitted that the seventh respondent herein has been transferred by the Government from the Social Audit Society of Tamil Nadu, Chennai15 to the National Urban Livelihoods Mission, State Mission Management Unit, Chennai-34 in the vacant post of Additional Director and hence nothing survives in this writ petition for any further adjudication. He has also produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.(Va)No.19, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E1) Department, dated 10.01.2019, to that effect. The said submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2.Recording the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
