This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.M1/15396/2018 dated 01.11.2018 of the first respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to appoint the petitioner as Grade - II, Constable in the Armed Reserve Police, Kancheepuram District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo dated 07.03.2025, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, he is permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
