A.Nos.9038 and 9054 of 2018 R.SURESH KUMAR, J.

In both these applications, this Court appointed an Advocate Commissioner to seize the vehicle, by order, dated 27.11.2018. Pursuant to which, the learned Advocate Commissioner has proceeded to execute the warrant, accordingly, the vehicles in question have been seized and handed over to the applicant company and the receipt of the vehicles have also been acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

2. In this regard, a report has been filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner, where she has stated the efforts she has taken. Along with the report, she has also filed a memo seeking for additional remuneration.

3. Considering the efforts taken by the learned Advocate Commissioner in completing the task entrusted to her, this Court is inclined to allow an additional remuneration of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), which shall be paid by the applicant company to the Advocate Commissioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. http://www.judis.nic.in

4. Since the warrant has been executed and the vehicle has been handed over to the applicant, no further order is required to be passed in these applications. Accordingly, these applications are closed.

5. In the meanwhile, the private notice sent to the respondent by the applicant has been returned with the postal endorsement "Door locked and the Addressee left".
