Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned on payment of a cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically.
