PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent Police herein to take legal action against one S.Radha and S. Senthil and register a case accordance with law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.09.2018 and vide C.S.R.No.1119 of 2018 dated 19.09.2018.

ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.1119 of 2018 dated 19.09.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
