ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to dispose the case in S.T.C No.432 of 2015 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Namakkal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though respondents have registered a case in the above said crime number on 11.01.2015, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

5.In view of the above, the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Namakkal is directed to expedite the trial in S.T.C. No. 432/2015 and to complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
