Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to the effect that so as to enable the petitioner to produce sureties other than blood related sureties in Crl.O.P.No.24563 of 2018 order dated 16.10.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PAVENDHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.HARIHARA ARUN SOMA SANKARGovt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Earlier, this Court has passed an order dated 16.10.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.24563 of 2018, imposing a condition to the effect that the petitioner to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, of whom, one should be a blood related surety.

2. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is now before this Court seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court vide its order dated 16.10.2018.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the condition as imposed on the petitioner shall stand modified as under.

4. The petitioner is permitted to produce surety other than his blood related surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai, Krishnagiri District. The other conditions as imposed in the order dated 16.10.2018, in Crl.O.P.No.24563 of 2018, shall remain intact as it is.
