O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer the OP.No.3806 of 2018 from the file of learned V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the file of Family Court, Tiruchirapalli.

2. The respondent/husband has filed O.P.No.3806 of 2018 seeking divorce under Section 13 (1) (B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

3. The address of wife is shown as Amoor, Musiri, Trichy. The petitioner/wife has filed the transfer application stating that she is travelling from remote village in Trichy District and finds it difficult to travel every time to Family Court, Chennai.

4. Considering the physical hardship and inconvenience of the petitioner/wife to travel every hearing from Musiri Taluk, Trichy District to Chennai, this court is inclined to transfer the application to Family Court, Tiruchirapalli. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Accordingly, OP.No.3806 of 2018 pending on the file of V Additional Family Court, Chennai is withdrawn and transferred to Family Court, Thiruchirapalli. The Family Judge, Thiruchirapalli is directed to renumber the OP and issue notice to the parties. Further, the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to the District Court, Thiruchirapalli.

6. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
