..Petitioners Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased Prayer to issue a Succession Certificate to the 1st petitioner with power to collect the securities and receive the interest and dividends thereon and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the Schedule in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petition.
This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioners seek issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of the deceased Mrs. Bhickoo Anandam Victor, who died intestate on 06.12.2012.
2. The first petitioner is the husband and the petitioners 2 and 3 are the son and daughter of the deceased. The first petitioner has examined himself as P.W.1, he has produced the death certificate of his wife Bhickoo Anandam as Ex.P1 and legal heirship certificate as Ex.P2. A perusal of the Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased Bhickoo Anandam. The petitioners 2 and 3 have filed their consent affidavits expressing no objection for grant of succession certificate in favour of the first petitioner. Paper publication as required has been effected and no objections have been received.
3. In view of the said evidence, this original petition is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the first petitioner.
