ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to comply the Non Bailable Warrant (NBW) issued on the Accused Nos.2 and 3 and secure them and expedite the trial in C.C.No.163 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Paramathi.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though respondents have registered a case in the above said crime number on 02.05.2012, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police are directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
