'RBF Nidhi Limited' ('RBF' for brevity) is the company under liquidation in the main Company Petition.

2. Instant application was taken out by 'Official Liquidator attached to this Court' ('OL' for brevity) with a prayer to bring to sale an immovable mortgaged property. Prayers include, request for fixing upset price, publication in paper besides other allied limbs of prayers as contained in the Judges' summons.

3.It is submitted by learned Deputy Official Liquidator representing the OL that in spite of publication, no offers have been received and therefore, it would be desirable to give a quietus to this application for the present with the rights and liberties of OL being reserved for taking out an application in this regard in future. Recording the above, this application is closed with liberty to OL as mentioned supra.
