Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 1st respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.2336/2017 on the file of 1st respondent within stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.2336 of 2017 on the file of 1st respondent within stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though first respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 28.09.2017, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
