C.M.P Nos.22162, 22165 and 22167 of 2018 in C.M.A.No.1839 of 2018 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These three petitions have been filed by the petitioner, i) to condone the delay of 1051 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent namely Subbaya Gounder in the above appeal, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 4th respondent namely Subbaya Gounder and iii) to bring on record the petitioner herein as legal representative of the deceased 4th respondent namely Subbaya Gounder in the above appeal and array her as respondent no.7 in the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/Insurance company has no objection in allowing these three applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and all the three petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter on 20.04.2023.
