ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 05.10.2018 passed by this Court in C.M.P.No.17653 of 2018 in W.A.No.2225 of 2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has not been complied with, the present contempt petition

has been filed.

2.The order of termination has been passed on 01.10.2018, though said to have been served on the petitioner on 08.10.2018. In the meanwhile, interim order has been passed on 05.10.2018. Thus, we do not find any wilful disobedience of the order passed.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
